Central air conditioning (June – Sept. centralized operated by the hour) All room will be enlarged and entirely renovated in two phases;i.e.during the winter seasons 2007/ 08.

SPORT AND LEISURE FACILITIES :
The MARITIM Hotel Club Alantur offers its guests a fresh- water pool complex consisting of an Outdoor and Indoor pool and a separate pool for children. If necessary, the water of the Indoor pool can be heated. The hotel provides parasols, sun- beds and mattresses at the pool and on the beach free of charge. Additionally our guests can enjoy our tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts, Mini Golf, table tennis, pool billiard, darts, boccia or rent a bicycle.

Our fitness- and wellness centre also includes fitness room and massage facilities. The Water Sports Centre on the beach offers several fun and leisure activities. Further highlights of spare time activities are several courses such as cooking courses.

Our All- Inclusive- Bar offers a wide choice of tasty snacks and refreshing drinks. For all late risers breakfast will also be served after 10am.

The existing 2 conference rooms — with a capacity for up to 150 persons each room — offer comfortable conference facilities in a pleasant atmosphere. Shortly the conference rooms will be relocated and integrated into the new set up.
