Victoria Room with a Queen size bed & Queen Anne style furniture & furnishings complete with majestic views up the Waitangi river along with a large ensuite offering bath/shower facilities, private deck, fridge, microwave. t.v. Breakfast basket to be taken at your leisure include home made bread, muffins, yoghurt & preserves. Riverside Cottage & Riverside Studio are absolute water front, superior & luxurious appointed, self contained and offer panoramic river views.

Riverside Cottage, large lounge/diner with a Cathedral beamed ceiling, L.C.D.T.V. & Hi-Fi system, magnificent bay window offering totally uninterrupted 180 degree vista up & down the Waitangi river, separate bedroom with King size bed,or twin as required, ensuite with large walk-in double shower with luxury fittings. Ranch slider to covered deck and spectacular river views. Kitchen with double hob, micro-wave, dish-washer, fridgefreezer & full laundry facilities, lounge has a convertible sofa-bed to sleep two extra guests if required.
