In the midst of a wonderful palm garden some villas have combined to form a luxury hotel complex. The unique location gives this hotel its special charm, whilst the facilities and furnishings in and around the hotel go even further to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Location
Located directly on a wide sand/pebble beach near the historical town of Side (19 km), about 80 km from Antalya and 70 km away from the airport. Shuttleservice to Manavgat (14 km) and Side several times a week.

Your hotel
The newly−built hotel lies in grounds covering 45,000 sqm of garden with lots of palm trees. Large pool landscape with slides, inside and outside restaurant, snackbar, beach bar, lobby bar, pool bar, amphitheatre, bazaar with various shops, hairdresser, Oriental café and TV room, internet café. The hotel, built in a traditional Turkish style, is managed environmentally.

Rooms
295 pleasantly furnished rooms (28 sqm) of which 85 are family rooms (40−45 sqm, with two separate bedrooms) and 7 suites, all equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, phone, hairdryer, tiled floor, carpet in main building, sofa, balcony/terrace. Some rooms available with connecting door as well as two rooms for disabled.

Meals and drinks
All−Inclusive: Full board with all snacks, ice−cream, minibar with soft drinks and beer, local alcoholic and non−alcoholic drinks and a few selected export drinks from 10am to 00.30am. A la carte restaurant 1x per week. At meal times you can serve yourself at the generous and substantial buffets, drinks served at tables, alternative dinner in à la carte restaurant (once a week, reservation required), coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoons.

Sports and Wellness
All−Inclusive: 2 tennis courts, table tennis, mini football pitch, minigolf, boccia, billards, darts, street basketball, beach volleyball, archery, table football, Aerobics, aqua−gym, waterpolo.
Charge is made for: tennis with floodlight, watersports station (subcontractor): windsurfing, sailing, catamaran, waterskiing, jetski, parasailing and banana boat.
Wellness: The "Iklim Spa" offers various kinds of massage, hammam, sauna, steam bath, indoor pool with jacuzzi, fitness room.

Entertainment
During the day different sports and entertainment programmes, pool and beach games. Evening entertainment with shows and different activities.

Children
Miniclub, playground, separate children’s and baby pool. During day children’s programme given by trained staff, babysitter on request (for a charge), mini football pitch, computer games, shows, disco, childrens menu for dinner, highchairs. Bottlewarmer, Buggies, cots.
