Dear visitor,
We offer our three stars apartments in Sv. Filip-Jakov, beautiful place on the middle of Adriatic coast. Our apartment are placed 100 meters from beach, so you don't need to use car for enjoying in blue Adriatic sea. Every apartment have separate entrance anf large balcony with natural shade. Car parking is also included with all night illumination.

We don't just offer a place for your holidays. Every group in our apartments gets free bottle of wine from our vineyard so they can have a taste quality of Dalmatian wine production and one free visit to nearby islands with our boat. Additional activities can be arranged for very sensibly prices.

For your commodity grill place is available so you and your family or friend can have a nice Mediterranean meal. If you are planning a bigger group of people we have additional place just for this kind occasion. All you need is to announce it a few days earlier and we will explain you a condition of usage (by the way it's free).

Also we are ready to help you with information’s about our three national parks in the vicinity (NP Krka river 30km, NP Kornati islands 20 km and NP Paklenica on Velebit mountain 40 km), so you can visit them too.
