Welcome to the homepage of Margaréta guesthouse!


We would like to inform you about our guesthouse Margaréta in order to help you make a proper choice


The guesthouse Margaréta can be found in a calm, nice suburb of Sárospatak, a 15-minute walk from the city centre.

We offer our guests 5 rooms: 2 rooms on the groundfloor and 3 rooms in the loft. All the rooms are comfortable and pleasant double rooms with shower and WC (int he loft with air conditioning),where you can relax after a tiring excursion.

Our guests can use a kitchen corner both on the groundfloor and in the loft.


A terrace can be found behind the pansion with lawn and lots of flowers.

Our intention is to provide a friendly, intimate and clear accommodation for our guests.

If you arrive by train, we will collect you from the railway station.

- Hiking to castles (Fűzér, Boldogkőváralja)

- Excursion to the palace (the palace of Károlyi, the palace of Mágóchy)

- Chair-lift , bob in Sátoraljaújhely (10 km from Sárospatak)

Highseason (in July and August), per person/ per night excluding breakfast:

Special allowance:

For children until the age of 4 accommodation is free.
