Star Bar Caf and Hotel is a modern boutique restaurant/hotel, located in Launceston, northern Tasmania. Corporate guests and tourists alike can base themselves at the hotel, conveniently located within the central business district. Day trip and excursion pick up points are only a short walk away. Upstairs, enjoy a stay in one of the modern non-smoking en suite rooms. A variety of rooms ranging from single, twin, double and queen are available. All rooms are fully serviced and an in room breakfast is also available (charges apply). Guests receive a 10 percent voucher to use at the restaurant downstairs during their stay. Enter through the heritage listed faade and be welcomed into a modern dining experience. On offer is a Mediterranean-styled menu, wood fired pizzas and a selection of Tasmanian beers and wines are on tap. For the adventurous, why not try one of the Star Bars cocktails. During the day the caf atmosphere enables you to enjoy a freshly ground coffee or alternative beverage and bite to eat with friends.
