Our Bed & Breakfast accommodation may appeal to guests looking for a home from home
we have two double bedrooms ,one twin room,and two single rooms. We are 10 miles from Edinburgh and perfect for Stirling Perth Glasgow Dundee. As well as golf courses in St Andrews,Gleneagles. Historically this is where the kings and Queens of Scotland were crowned. we are also a few milesfrom the race tracks for car and bike enthusiasts

Very comfortable, relaxing excellent service..... Good Luck Very friendly exceptionally clean & a home from home. This is trully an Internacional Guest House, we have travelled over 6,000 miles to be here ansd it was well worth it,youve both been very special people. Exceptional stay. I travel all over the country and this place is one of the best & is one of the very friendliest. Absolutely fantastic Guest House wonderful stay & super hosts, will recommend you. Words do not do Justice to the warmth shown by Liz & Jim , room clean comfortable meals excellent, good luck to the future. The kippers were were scrumptious, very comfortable stay. Everything 110%, keep up these fabulous standards. The best Guest House in Scotland. I stayed in a five star hotel in Oslo and it was nota s clean and Friendly as this Guest House - put your prices up. Excellent, our last place to stay all week, great amenities and great service, very nice room, we hope to back Staggering ... or Tip Top as we say in Luxenburgh. Many Thanks.
