DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMMODATION

Lovely place to relax, “Il Sultano” allows you to combine your seaside holiday with the peace of countryside, the passion for golf and the tastes of the Sicilian country tradition, just a few steps away from the wonderful golden beaches of Caucana and Punta Secca and it is just 10 Km. away from the golf courses in the Donnafugata Golf Resort.
The structure is characterized by the typical ambiences of the old Sicilian countryside houses: the farm, the farmyard, the vegetable garden and the housing. In ancient times these typical Sicilian country houses were an integral part of the farm and were built with some traditional walls a metre thick, in order to assure coolness in summer and warmth in winter.
1.Giglio House
Ideal for 4 people, up to 5 beds (with an additional bed)
In ancient times it was used as a store to collect all the tools that were necessary to work in the farm (plough, carts, coaches, agricultural implements); nowadays it is finely furnished in order to create a very welcoming atmosphere.
A wide living-room with sofa, cooking area, table and chairs. A double bedroom with two bedside tables, a wardrobe and some shelves; a double bedroom with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower cubicle. Possibility to add a supplementary bed.
2.Gelsomino House
Ideal for 2 people, up to 4 beds.
In ancient times it was used as a store to collect the fodder (barley, oats and wheat); nowadays it is a comfortable two-roomed flat.
A wide living-room with double sofa bed and a cooking area with table and chairs. A double bedrooms with two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a small table. A bathroom with shower cubicle.
The apartments are also equipped with a fridge-freezer, TV, iron and hairdryer.
