Located in Utjeha in the municipality of Bar, Vila Perla features fine Mediterranean architecture, elegant furnishings and magnificent view.
Perla is located on a private road and offers complete discretion. It lays on a spacious, breathtaking property and offers an access to a private beach. However, for those who prefer action and socializing with the crowd there is the Utjeha Beach, a mere 5 minutes walk away.

Villa Perla offers 19 fully furnished apartments with breathtaking views and an intimate atmosphere. The apartments come in various styles: two bedrooms, one bedrooms and studios, which sleep two, three or four persons.

Each apartment is air-conditioned and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV set, closet space, tables for inside and outside use, as well as a terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

Each morning you will wake up with the soothing sounds of waves and birds and every evening you will have a chance to lay back and relax on the terrace witnessing some of the most magnificent sunsets you have ever seen.
