Kleines Hotel mit großen, geräumigen und sauberen Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind mit alten restaurierten Möbeln ausgestattet und passen sehr in das Ambiente und Flair der Stadt Krakau. Auf Bestellung, bekommt man für 10 Zl ( weniger als 3€) ein leckeres ausgewogenes Frühstück mit reichlich Kaffee, Schinken, verschiedenem Käse, Marmelade, Leberwurst und Butter im zugehörigen schickem Café Lulu. W- Lan wie auch ein Ferseher sind auf dem Zimmer Verfügbar. Der sehr freundliche Eigentümer gibt gute und hilfreiche Tips zu allen Fragen z.B. Sightseeing, Verkehrsverbindungen und Wechselstuben mit gutem Kurs. Das Gästehaus befindet sich zentral. Den alten historischen Zentralmarkt erreicht man in weniger als 10 min und kann vom Bahnhof aus das Gästehaus sehr gut und fußläufig in ca. 7 min erreichen. Durch die nahe Lage an die Altstadt kann man auch noch Abends bzw. Nachts sehr gut weggehen, da in Krakau auch unter der Woche ein sehr reges Nachtleben herrscht. Da unser Aufenthalt nur 2 Übernachtungen gedauert hat ist es nicht leicht den Service, was die Zimmerreinigung betrifft zu beurteilen. Das Zimmer war Sauber und man sah auch Vormittags Reinigunskräfte durch das Gästehaus gehen. Im allgemeinen waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Berschwerden hatten wir keine auszusetzen. Der freundliche Inhaber gab uns am ersten Tag auch direkt eine Karte Krakaus und markierte und die wichtigesten Orte. Das Café Lulu bot ein sehr gutes Frühstück und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre um ein Bier oder andere Getränke zu genießen an. Gegessen haben wir ausserhalb, in mehrern der zahlreichen guten Restaurants. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und mit Balkon ausgestattet und entsprach voll und ganz unseren Vorstellungen.

Stayed here for three nights in September 2010. Good location, just get the bus from the airport to Krakow bus terminal. From there you just walk through one of the biggest shopping malls in Europe to get to the apartments. The room itself was quite nicely decorated with one wall being exposed brickwork. It had it's own bathroom too but I'm not sure each room has this. My room was on the road side but I didn't hear any noise at night. There was a small kitchen in a communal area although I didn't use as I ate out each night. It's about 500 metres from the centre which is has a really nice square full of bars & restaurants. Getting around Krakow is quite easy as it is quite a small city so walking is not a problem. I would definitely recommend a trip to Auschwitz, it's worth joining one of the guided tours as the guide we had really brought to life the suffering that happened, without her I think we would have just been wandering around. You have to do a tour between 10am & 3pm but before & after that you can just walk round if you wish. To get there was really easy, just go to the bus terminal & get a public minibus, it was about 9 Zloty each way & pay the entry fee when you get there. It works out about 20 Zloty cheaper than booking through an agent. Also, a trip to the salt mine is well worth it. You can get the bus from about 100 metres from the Finger appts, buy the bust ticket for 3 Zloty from the bus stop. Again, doing this yourself rather than through an agent with save you plenty of Zloty! The mine itself is good but the you will see the highlight (I will leave you to find out what it is) & I am sure you will be amazed (I was). The Schindler factory is on the other side of town to the apartment but it's not really a long walk. It's 15 Zloty to get in & really interesting, talking about the Jewish Quarter, it's well put together & worth a visit. We ate at a few nice places, I would recommend Fabryka Pizzy. It doesn't look much but the food was good. For drinking, Buddha bar, just off the main square was cool. A nice place to chill out after a days walking. I wouldn't bother using taxis as the public transport was cheap & worked well. The only negative I have is that everyone smokes in the bars which you don't see in the UK anymore. I have not given a higher score for service at the Finger apartments but that is only because we didn't use them for anything, they did give us a free map of Krakow though. Krakow is a really pretty place, I would 100% recommend a visit.

Ich würde das Hotel eher als Hostal oder eben Gästezimmer bezeichnen! Die Zimmer befinden sich in Wohnungen in einem ganz normalen Mietshaus (sanierter Altbau). Trotzdem hat es Hotelcharakter, da die Zimmer wirklich einzeln (abschließbar und mit eigenem Bad) sind. Die Familie Finger hat eine Art Reise- oder Veranstaltungsbüro im Erdgeschoss des Mietshauses. Sollte die Ankunft außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten liegen, einfach klingeln. Man wird erwartet. Man bekommt dann einen Schlüssel, mit dem man in das Haus und in sein Zimmer kommt! Zeitlich also keine Begrenzung! Gebucht werden kann nur die Übernachtung. Bäckerei (piekarnia) in der Nähe vorhanden! Kühlschrank und Spüle konnten wir mitbenutzen. Im Flur stand eine kleine Küchenzeile, allerdings OHNE Kochgelegenheit - diese ist aber in anderen Zimmern buchbar. Von den anderen Gästen haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Ein polnisches älteres Paar ist uns einmal begegnet, mehr nicht. Wir haben für 2 Personen für ein Zimmer ohne Küche 150 PLN die Nacht bezahlt. Das sind momentan (Sept. 09) ca 35 Euro. Also ein echtes Schnäppchen! Mehr zu den Zimmern weiter unten.

Szczerze polecam ten hotelik. Czyściutkie, przytulnie umeblowane pokoje i jakaś niepowtarzalna atmosfera uczyniły nasz pobyt w Krakowie jeszcze przyjemniejszym. Mogę powiedzieć że "Finger Guest Rooms" na zawsze pozostanie w naszej pamięci i napewno tam wrócimy

Jestesmy zachwyceni z kilkudniowego pobytu w Finger Guest Rooms .Zostalismy przyjeci przez bardzo miła Pania , ktora okazala sie bardzo pomocna jezeli chodzi o informacje zwiazane ze zwiedzaniem Krakowa. Pokoj byl bardzo obszerny lazienka takze i najwazniejsze czyste.Na piechote mozna dojsc do Rynku Glownego (ok.5- 10 min) a takze jest bardzo blisko dworca PKP i PKS.Goraco polecamy te pokoje i jezeli jeszcze raz bedziemy w Krakowie to takze tam.Pozdrawiamy prowadzacych

Naprawdę polecam. Pokoje miłe, zawsze czysto, byłem kilka razy i zawsze byłem miło przyjmowany. Le service etait tres agreable. Tres proche de la Gare - 10 minut a pied. Je suis bien surprise. Les chambres sont tres propres, bien maintenu; le meme avec la salle de bain. Je peux recommander cet hotel a chacun.

Nocleg jest bardzo przyjemny i dostosowany do ceny, w starej kamienicy, ale bardzo zadbanej i czystej wewnątrz. To samo mogę powiedzieć o pokojach - odremontowane, czyste, dość przyjemne. Mam tylko 2 zastrzeżenia - zimno, brak ogrzewania oraz niezbyt praktyczna zasłonka prysznicowa. Ogólnie polecam!

We got the room just like that on the picture. Very nice staff. Train station only 5min on foot. It was really plesant supprise, rooms are very clean, same goes for bathrooms. I can recoomend this place for everyone.
